In professional life, not only technical expertise counts. Employers specifically search for young professionals who are able to combine their specialised knowledge with overall key competencies. Acquiring job-related skills is more important today than ever before for young researchers. Since 2009, Promotion plus+ is part of the Graduate Academies' portfolio, providing you with career competencies for the time after your Ph.D. At the same time, we support you in creating professional networks with players in industry, the non-profit or the public sector in Hanover and region.
