Join this interactive workshop to learn easy-to-implement and research-based strategies to improve your focus, time- and self-management, to maintain healthy boundaries between work and your private life. During the session, you will learn how to follow three steps for more focus, allowing you to get more done in the work time you have. This will be complemented by selected time- and self-management techniques that allow you to work smarter, not harder, and support you in balancing the demands of your work with your own needs and health. We will also explore how to create and maintain healthy boundaries between work and private life that fit your personal preferences and use transition rituals for clearer boundaries and intentional ways to switch on and off during and after work. The workshop concludes with so-called “mini-interventions” that can easily be integrated into existing daily routines and support your overall wellbeing, calmness, and health through focusing on areas of influence, practicing gratitude or creating opportunities for small moments of joy throughout the day.
On campus workshop: the room will be announced via E-Mail.
